Our First Project: Cleaning Vacation Rentals

Lucia's Housecleaning & Pet Sitting Services began in 2017 when we started our
Airbnb business and quickly realized the challenge of finding a reliable cleaning service for
our vacation rental. After dealing with inconsistent quality and last-minute cancellations,
we decided to take control and clean the property ourselves.

What started as a necessity soon turned into a passion for providing top-notch cleaning
services. Seeing the difference we made in our own rental, we began offering our
services to neighbors and friends who also struggled to find dependable cleaners.
Word spread quickly, and before we knew it, Lucia's Housecleaning & Pet Sitting Services
became the go-to service for vacation rental owners in our community.

Our first project involved ensuring vacation rentals were spotless, guest-ready, and
maintained to the highest standards. From fresh linens and sparkling kitchens to pristine bathrooms
and dust-free living spaces, we set out to provide a five-star experience for both property
